Hallo. Ich bin Robertine.
Mein Anliegen ist es, Dich dabei zu unterstützen, Deine Lebendigkeit zu erfahren, zu erleben oder vielleicht auch wieder zu entdecken. 
Unser bestes Hilfsmittel sind aus meiner Erfahrung dabei ein unmittelbares Er-Leben mit unserem Körper.

Unser Körper trägt uns durch diese Welt, wir haben ihn immer bei uns und er gibt uns ununterbrochen Rückmeldung und Hinweise, was unserer Bedürfnisse sind, was uns gut tut oder eben auch nicht. Oftmals haben wir verlernt, ihn zu hören oder seine Sprache zu verstehen, da wir in unserer lauten Welt so viel "im Außen" beschäftigt und abgelenkt sind.
 
Lasst uns lernen, (wieder) zuzuhören!
