Hi, I'm Laura. A certified systemic coach and breathwork facilitator to be based in Berlin.

My work sits at the intersection of the cognitive and the somatic. I believe real clarity rarely comes from thinking alone. Some things need to be felt, not just understood.

Next to my 1:1 coaching practice, I host small group events in Berlin together with Sophie, a breathwork and movement facilitator. Our events are intentionally intimate (never more than twelve people) combining structured self-reflection with breathwork and somatic movement.
