Ich helfe Menschen wieder in ihre eigene Kraft und Verbindung zu kommen indem wir Blockaden lösen und wieder lernen zu Fühlen. Dadurch wird Trauma verarbeitet und Platz geschaffen, um das Leben wieder von Herzen zu verwirklichen.
Ich arbeite seit 1993 als Tanzpädagogin, Tänzerin und Schauspielerin. Nach meinem spirituellen Erwachen mit Seelenintegration ab 2004 begann ich nach und nach, Menschen mit Meditation und Energiearbeit  zu begleiten. Es folgten zertifizierte Ausbildungen in ganzheitlicher Massage, auflösender Hypnose und Transformational Breathwork. Diese Methoden haben mich am eigenen Leib überzeugt und tiefgreifend in meiner Heilung unterstützt. 
Im Moment befinde ich mich in Klangtherapie Ausbildung.
