Yoga Vidya Satsang - Live und Online

Online Event

Der klassische Yoga Vidya Satsang in der Tradition nach Swami Sivananda beginnt mit einer Meditation, gefolgt von Kirtan und Bhajans. Daran schließt sich ein Vortrag oder eine Lesung an. Abschließend wird ein Friedensgebet gesprochen sowie Heil- und Segensmantras gesungen. Zum Schluss folgt das Arati, eine Lichtzeremonie, und das Austeilen von Prasad.

Wenn du Lust hast, einmal selbst direkt mit dabei zu sein, dann komm zum Samstagabend-Satsang nach Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg. Wir freuen uns auf dich.
