Join us for a deep journey with breathwork, cacao, ecstatic dance, and live music
The Flow

- Kick things off with an energizing breathwork session guided by Elizabeth
- 🫖 Cacao & Intention
- We drink ceremonial cacao, set our vibe (Sankalpa), and open the space together.
- 🎧 Ecstatic Dance
- Dance it out with Ram Chama - no rules, no steps, just pure expression.

- We land with sound healing by Ram & Friends , live jams, snacks, and good people.
Doors remain open all night - ticket options vary by activity.
🌿 If money is tight, please reach out beforehand - helper spots are available (messages on event day can’t be answered).
What to Bring
- 👕 Comfortable clothes
- 💧 A water bottle (refill station available)
- 🧘♀️ A yoga mat for the breathwork - some are available on-site
- ✨ No experience needed - just curiosity, an open heart, and your beautiful energy.
