Für die online Kursreihe benötigst du:

• Yogamatte, Yogagurt, Tennisball und einen Stuhl
• stabile Internetverbindung
• Computer oder Tablet (notfalls Smartphone) mit Kamera und Mikrofon, mit dem du dich über Zoom einwählen kannst
