Reconnect with your soul in a deep dance like flow in the rhythm of your breath. Soul in Sanskrit means Atman, the immortal spirit, the true self beyond identifications with the material. In this class you will be guided to the intuitive wisdom of your body through a fluid flow that brings space into the physical and emotional layer of the self. All levels are welcome, some experience is recommended, yet we will give you variations.
