Fließend und stabil zugleich bauen wir in dieser Freestyle Vinyasa-Klasse eine Asana-Choreografie auf, die dann von einem bestimmten Beat begleitet & getragen wird.
Vor allem aber darfst du dich frei und ohne Leistungsdruck bewegen.
