Innerdance Healing Session
Overview
Innerdance is a healing practice that uses sound, energy, and bodywork to help people discover their inner wisdom and transform. It's based on the idea that everyone has an innate ability to heal themselves.
When
- Every Saturday at 2:00 PM
How it works
- Participants lie down or sit comfortably while listening to special music.
- The music is designed to work with brain waves to induce a state of wakeful dreaming.
- Participants are encouraged to relax and let go of expectations or judgments.
- The practice can include touch, movement, singing bowls, drums, crystals, and essential oils.

History
Innerdance was created by Filipino energy healer, academic, and researcher Pi Villaraza in the early 2000s. It's a modality that's continuously evolving through the collective work of its practitioners.
